Ghee GHI “Zimarechye” is a traditional product of Indian cuisine. The process of its production takes about 6 hours, during which selected oil of the highest quality is simmered over low heat. This allows you to melt away excess moisture, casein and lactose, making the product easily absorbed by the body and does not cause allergies.
