Zimarechye its high quality natural products produced in the Altai region from fresh milk.
Our cheeses and butter are healthy and environmentally friendly. In production we do not use powdered milk, we do not add artificial flavors or preservatives.
We support domestic producers, we are developing agricultural cooperation in the Altai Territory. Rikon LLC was founded in January 2001. The history of the company began from this period. Our company “Zimarechye” is named after the locality where it is located.
Zimari is a village in the legendary dairy region of the Altai Territory. There are no large hazardous industries here and this place can rightfully be called environmentally friendly.
Production settled in the premises of a former dairy shop. We started production with soft cheeses, also called fresh ones. Gradually they developed and began to master new types of cheeses. Great success has been achieved in the production of cheddar cheeses – the famous “Ellazan” braided cheese. This cheese is loved not only by residents of the Altai region, but also far beyond its borders.
