Ghee “Zimarechye” is made by processing butter by removing water, milk protein and milk sugar from it. Ghee is a valuable source of vitamins A, E and D; as a result of removing excess moisture, their concentration in the finished product increases.
In cooking it is used as an analogue of butter or vegetable oil. Ghee can be consumed if you are lactose intolerant.
